  • Financial Data: When you make a booking or purchase, we will collect payment card details. Please note that we do not store your full payment card details. These are processed by our third-party payment processors who are compliant with payment card industry (PCI) standards. We will only store a reference to the transaction.
  • Technical Data: Including internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.   
  • Usage Data: Including information about how you use our website and services, such as the pages you visit and the features you use.   
  • Marketing and Communications Data: Including your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.  
  • Health Data (Special Category Data): In limited circumstances, we may collect information about your health if it is relevant to your ability to participate in a tour safely (e.g., mobility issues, allergies if food/drink is provided).   • Booking information will generally be kept for up to 6 years after the tour for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Information provided for marketing consents will be kept until you withdraw your consent.

When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will securely dispose of it.
